Stomata are found throughout the plant surface on the young green stems and the leaves, and hence most of the water lost by transpiration is through stomata.
Cuticles and lenticels are also involved in transpiration, however, the rate of transpiration through these is much lesser when compared to stomata.
Hydathodes are structures responsible for guttation, not transpiration.
