$M=\frac{6+7+10+12+13+12+\alpha +16}{8}$

$10=\frac{76+\alpha }{8}$

$10\times 8=76+\alpha$

$80=76+\alpha$

$\alpha =4$

$=\frac{4+3+0+2+3+6+2+6}{8}$

$=\frac{26}{8}$
