Mean of 5 observations $= 27$

Sum of 5 observations $= 27 \times 5 = 135$

On including an observation, the new sum of 6 observations $= 25 \times 6 = 150$

Included observation $=$ Sum of 6 observations – Sum of 5 observations $= 150 - 135 = 15$
