The correct option is A 80% and 20%
Let the number of male and female employees be x and y respectively. Then
20800x+16800y=20000(x+y)
or 208x+168y=200(x+y)
or 8x=32y or x=4y
% of male employees =xx+y×100
=4y4y+y×100=80%
% of female employees =yx+y×100
=y4y+y×100=20%
