Sum of all angles of a quadrilateral is 360°.
So,
x+3x-20+2x+4x+20=360°
10x=360
x=36°
3x-20=108-20=88°
2x=72°
4x+20=144+20=164°
So, angles are 36°,88°,72°,164°.
