The correct option is B M 20
As per IS 456 : 1978, minimum grade of concrete to be used in RCC is M 15.
But after revision of code, IS 456 : 2000, it is M 20.

Note : For prestressed concrete :
Min.grade for pre tensioning prestressed concrete - M 40
Min. grade for post tensioning prestressed concrete - M 30.
