The correct option is A 5.5 cm2
Given r=21cm

Angle made by minute hand in 1 minute = 360060=60

Therefore, angle made in 5 minutes = 60×5=300

Area of the sector=θ360×π×r2

Here θ=30

Hence, area swept in 5 minutes = 3003600×227×(21)2

= 112×227×21

= 5.5 cm2
