The correct option is C Quadrant 3

The point P is 2 units right of the origin and 3 units above of origin. Similarly the image of the point P i.e. P' will be 2 units left of origin and 3 units below of origin. Therefore the coordinates of point P' is (-2, -3).

As coordinates of point P' is (-2, -3), P' lies in quadrant III.
