Solution

The correct option is D Ethanol + Acetone
In positive deviation from Raoult's Law, the resulting solution has more vapour pressure than the ideal solution of the constituent liquids.
This is because the A-B interactions are weaker than A-A and B-B ones.
Hydrogen bonding is present in the ethyl alcohol solution and acetone molecules tend to occupy the space between them due to which some hydrogen bonds breaks, results in weakening of A − B interaction.
Rest, Benzene + Toluene and Chloroethane + Bromoethane will show ideal behaviour and Acetone + Chloroform will show negative deviation.
