The molecules in matter have attraction between them. But gases do not have molecular attraction. Then, how is gas consider as a matter?

There is very weak intermolecular attraction between gas molecules. Only ideal gases have no molecular attraction. As there is no ideal gas hence gas can be considered as a state of matter.
