According to perpendicular axis theorem, if Ix,Iy and Iz be moments of inertia about axis x, y and z respectively, the perpendicular axis theorem states that Ix+Iy=Iz
Here
Iz be moment of inertia about an axis passing through the center O and perpendicular to the plane of the plate.
So, when Ix=I1,Iy=I2, then Iz=I1+I2
When
Ix=I3,Iy=I4, then Iz=I3+I4
So we get I1=I2=I3=I4
