We know that one Saturday comes in a week there are $7$ days in a week and there are $4$ weeks in a month so in $7 \times 4 = 28$ days four Saturdays will come ,
But since July has $31$ days so there is a possibility of $5$ Saturdays as in the rest $2$ days one can be Saturday.
