June

Given, expenses in the month of Auqust = Rs. 41,500
Expenses in the month of June = Rs. 39,500

We know that, saving = Monthly income - Expenses

So, saving in the month of August = 60000 - 41500 = Rs. 18,500
Saving in the month of June = 60000 - 39500 = Rs. 20500

Clearly, 20500 > 18500

$∴$ He saves more in the month of June.
