Let monthly pocket money of Ravi be $5 x$ and Sanjeev be $7 x$ .
$\frac{5 x - 80}{7 x - 80} = \frac{3}{5}$

$\Rightarrow 25 x - 400 = 21 x - 240$

$∴ 4 x = 160$

$∴ x = 40$

Ravi pocket money $= 5 \times 40 =$ Rs. $200$

Sanjeev pocket money $= 7 \times 40 =$ Rs. $280$
