The atmospheric pressure decreases as we go up above sea level, and the amount of oxygen also decreases at higher altitudes which leads to mountain sickness, a condition where the body experiences a shortage of oxygen or hypoxia in the tissues at high altitudes, respiratory problems such as breathlessness, it can cause headaches, irritability, fatigue, weakness, lack of sleep, etc.
