Gravitational field due to spherical shell,
E1=GM(2R+R)2=GM9R2, towards left

Gravitational field due to solid sphere 1 is,
E2=G(M2)(R+R)2=GM8R2, towards right

Gravitational field due to solid sphere 2 is,
E3=GM(R+2R)2=GM9R2, downwards

Net gravitational field due to E1 and E2 will be,
E=E1+E2

Considering the rightwards direction as +ve
E=GM9R2+GM8R2=GM72R2, towards right


Net gravitational field at P is the vector sume of E and E3,
