Solution

(A) Degree Celsius - (iv) Kelvin

  1. The value on the Celsius scale can be converted to the Kelvin scale by adding 273 to it.
  2. TK= TC +273 (TK =Temperature in Kelvin; TC =Temperature in Celsius)
  3. T1 = 270C = 27 + 273 = 300 K
  4. T2 = 200C = 20 + 273 = 293 K

(B) Centimeter - (iii) Meter

  1. 1 cubic meter is 1000 liters. To convert cubic meters to liters, multiply the cubic meter value by 1000.

(C) Gram per centimeter cube - (v) Kilo gram per meter cube

  1. 1 gram per (centimeters cubed) is equal to 1000 kilogram/cubic meter.
  2. The SI-derived unit for density is the kilogram/cubic meter.

(D) Bar - (ii) Pascal

  1. It is defined as the amount of pressure force exerted by the gas on the walls of the container
  2. It can be expressed in terms of mm of Hg, torr of Hg, Barr, Pascal, and KPa.

(E) Milligram - (i) Kilogram

  1. 1 milligram (mg) is equal to 1/1000000 kilograms (kg).
