The normal atmospheric force ( pressure) acts on all bodies, we know.

But then, why does the reading of a digital weight measurer in a grocery store shows zero when nothing is placed on it? It should show the normal atmospheric pressure.

The machine is designed and manufactured as it can avoid the unwanted weights like atmospheric pressure, etc.
