The correct option is D 4
Let the center of one such circle be (α,β)
Then, radius =α2+β2
α2+β2=(22)2+(βα2)2 ...(1)
and α2+β2=(22)2+(β+α2)2
OC2=CQ2+OQ2 and OC2=CP2+OP2
where OP=OQ=22 and CQ=βα2,CP=β+α2
Solving (1) and (2), we get
(α,β)=(0,1),(0,1),(1,0) and (1,0)
There are 4 such circles.
