The correct option is D none of these
secθ+tanθ=3
1+sinθ=3cosθ
3cosθsinθ=1
32cosθ12sinθ=12
cosπ6cosθsinπ6sinθ=12
cos(π6+θ)=cosπ3
therefore general solution is given by,
θ=2nππ6±π3
θ=2nπ+π6 and θ=2nππ2
but θ=2nππ2 , which does not satisfy the given equation.
Hence solution in 0θ3π is,
θ=π6and13π6
Hence, option 'D' is correct.
