The current is defined as rate of flow of charged particles, i.e., I=Qt
Here, I=8 A and t=1 min=60 s
So, 8 A=Q60 s
This gives: Q=480 C
Now, Q=N×e, where N is the number of electrons and e is the electronic charge of value 1.6×1019 C
N=Qe=4801.6×1019=3.0×1021
