Let the number of employees be 3x, 2x and 4x respectively.
Increased number of employees in Company A = 3x + 20% of 3x = $\frac{120}{100}\times 3x=\frac{36x}{10}=\frac{18x}{5}$
Company B = 2x + 30% of 2x = $\frac{130}{100}\times 2x=\frac{26x}{10}=\frac{13x}{5}$
Company C = 4x + 15% of 4x = $\frac{115}{100}\times 4x=\frac{46x}{10}=\frac{23}{5}$
