The correct option is C 49%
Let the employees of the company before 2003 is 100.
Then after increasing 18% employee in 2003 total employees =100+18=118
In year company increased 26% in 2004.
Then total employees in 2004= 126100×118=148.68
So the employee increased in two year =148.68100=48.68
So % of increased in two years approx =49%
