Solving 3x+4y=9 and y=mx+1, we get,

x=54m+3

Since x is an integer, so 4m+3 can take either of the values 1 or 1 or 5 or 5.

4m+3=1m=12

4m+3=1m=1

4m+3=5m=12

4m+3=5m=2
Thus, the number of integral values of m is 2.
