Solution

The correct option is A One
The number of pairs of both the autosomes as well as sex chromosome remains the same in the human zygote, as in adult human. An adult human has twenty-three pairs of chromosomes out of which twenty-two pairs are autosomes and one pair is sex chromosome. The Same chromosomal constitution is expected in the human zygote because the adult human is derived from human zygote.
So, the human zygote has twenty-two pairs of autosomes and one pair of sex chromosome. In a zygote, which will develop into male the sex chromosome pair will comprise of one X and one Y chromosome. In a zygote, which will develop into female the sex chromosome pair will comprise of two X chromosomes.
