The correct option is A $0$
$\sqrt{3 x^{2} + x + 5} = x - 3$

$\Rightarrow 3 x^{2} + x + 5 = (x - 3)^{2} = x^{2} - 6 x + 9$ , square both sides

$\Rightarrow 2 x^{2} + 7 x - 4 = 0$

$\Rightarrow x = \frac{- 7 \pm \sqrt{49 + 32}}{4} = \frac{- 7 \pm 9}{4} = - 4, \frac{1}{2}$

Both these solutions does not satisfy $x - 3 > 0$ as square root of a number is always positive.

Hence, there is no solution
