Given equation $3 x^{2} + x + 5 = (x - 3)^{2} \Rightarrow 3 x^{2} + x + 5 = x^{2} - 6 x + 9$
$\Rightarrow 2 x^{2} + 7 x - 4 = 0$
$\Rightarrow (x + 4) (2 x - 1) = 0$
$\Rightarrow x = - 4, \frac{1}{2}$
Both these solutions does not satisfy $x - 3 > 0$ as square root of a number is always positive.
Hence, there is no solution
