The correct option is C 20
As both series are in AP.
In first series, first term is 2 and common difference 3.
In second series, first term is 3 and common difference 2.

Let nth term of first AP is equal to the mth term of second AP then
an=am
2+(n1)×3=3+(m1)×2
2+3n3=3+2m2
3n=2(m+1)

Let n2=m+13=k

n=2k50 and m=3k160
n25 and k61320 as k can not be fraction.

Hence, there are 20 terms common in both series.
