The number of tins of paint solved by three different shops is given below

Draw the pictograph by taking scale, represents $20$ tins and find the difference between tins sold by shop $\mathrm{B}$ and tins sold by shop $C$.

As represents $20$ tins, so we will draw $4$ figures for shop $\mathrm{A}$ to represent $80$ tins of paint and so on. In this way, we will draw the pictograph for the above data.

The number of tin cans sold by shop B are $20\times 7=140$ and that of shop C are $20\times 9=180$.

So, the required difference will be$180-140=40$ tins.
