The number of tins of paint solved by three different shops is given below

Draw the pictograph by taking scale, represents 20 tins and find the difference between tins sold by shop B and tins sold by shop C.

As represents 20 tins, so we will draw 4 figures for shop A to represent 80 tins of paint and so on. In this way, we will draw the pictograph for the above data.

The number of tin cans sold by shop B are 20×7=140 and that of shop C are 20×9=180.

So, the required difference will be180-140=40 tins.
