Consider p(x)={x2(k2)x+k2}+{x2+kx+(2k1)}
p(x)=2x2+2x+k2+2k1
p(x) is perfect square when roots of the equation p(x)=0 are equal
Therefore, D=b24ac=48(k2+2k1)=0
2k24k3=0
