The correct option is A 1440
6 guests are there and the couple (H,W) has to be seated consecutively.
Let's permute the 6 guests and (H,W) block bound together .This can be done in 7!7 ways using the formula of circular probability.
Further the (H,W) can be permuted in their own.
Hence total no. of ways of couple taking consecutive seats=7!7×2=720×2=1440
