A1 and A2 are always next to each other so lets take them as 1 unit so, we have 9! ways of arranging themA1 and A2 can themselves arrange in 2! waysso there are 9!×2 ways = 725760 ways
A1 is always on the top of A2 so, we have 10! ways of arranging it,now for exactly half of the possibility, A1 will be on the top of A2=1/2, so there are 10!2 ways =1814400 ways
Hence, option 'A' is correct.
