The correct option is B 7
$∴ 4 = \frac{3 (x) + 5 (x + 2) + 6 (x 86) + 4 (x + 6)}{x + x + 2 + x - 8 + x + 6}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{3 x + 5 x + 10 + 6 x - 48 + 4 x + 24}{4 x} = 4$

$\Rightarrow 16 x = 18 x - 14 \Rightarrow x = 7$
