Solution

The correct option is C 0.35
The limit of resolution of microscope,

d=1.22λ2μsinβ

Where μsinβ is called the numerical aperture.

Here, λ=5.8×105 cm and d=104 cm

NA=1.22λ2d=1.22×5.8×1052×104

NA=0.35

Hence, (C) is the correct answer.
