Initial odometer reading=2000km
Final odometer reading=2100km
Total distance= Final distance- Initial distance
=2100-200=100km
Total time=3h
Average speed =?

Formula to be used :
Average speed= Total Distance/Total time

Average speed in Km/hr:
Average speed=100/3
=33.33 km/hr

Average velocity= Total Displacement/Total time =0km/hm

as in round trip, total displacement is zero.
