Consider the following cyclic quadrilateral:
Let, X=2x and Z=3x such that XZ=2x3x=2:3

We know that the sum of opposite angle of a cyclic quadrilateral is 180o.
X+Z=180o
2x+3x=180o
5x=180o
x=180o5=36o

X=2x=2×36o=72o
And, Z=3x=3×36o=108o

Hence, the required two angles are 72o and 108o.
