Option (d) has two electrons with all the four quantum number same in the p orbitals. Hence it violates Pauli's exclusion principle.
It also violates Hund's rule of maximum multiplicity according to which electrons in a set of degenerate orbitals will not pair until all the orbitals has one electron each. Here one p orbital is empty.
Option (c) violates only Hund's rule.
