In option (a), the single electron distribution should be done as per the Hund's rule so p subshell electrons are supposed to be singly filled in each orbital and then pairing starts with opposite spin. This rule is violated because pairing occured before filling electron in third orbital of p subshell. Also, electrons are paired but with same spin which causes instability i.e. violation of Pauli's Exclusion Principle. Hence (A) option violates both the rules.
