The correct option is C $$CH_3CHO > CH_3COCH_3 > CH_3COC_2H_5$$
Since order of reactivity depends upon stability of leaving group which is 
$$CH_3COO^- > CH_3O^-$$ and also on electrophilicity of carbonyl carbon. Since $$ CH_3COC_2H_5$$ has has less electrophilic due to more (+)  inductive effect of alkyl group so it is less reactive.
