Since the molcule is neutral, the sum of the oxidation numbers of all the elements is equal to 0.
The oxidation number of F (Flourine) is -1
Let the oxidation number of O be n.
So if we take the sum of oxidation numbers of the elements we get the equation
n+2(1)=0

n=+2
Hence, the oxidation number of oxygen in OF2 is +2.

Note: If the element that oxygen combines with is more electronegative than oxygen then oxygen can have a positive oxidation number.
