Solution

Approximate hydroxide concentration (by neglecting dissociation of water) =1.0×106

Actual hydroxide concentration (by considering dissociation of water) =1.0×106+1.0×107

Percentage error =100×1.0×106+1.0×1071.0×1061.0×106+1.0×107=1%.

This is also equal to the percentage error in hydronium ion concentration.
