The correct option is A 15 cm
In parallelogram, opposite sides are congruent.
Let one sides of a parallelogram =x
Then the other side =x+20
Perimeter : x+x+x+20+x+20=100
4x=60
x=15
Therefore, the size of he smallest sides is 15 cm.
