Let 'l' and 'b' the length and width of the rectangle respectively.

Given, $b=2\frac{3}{4}cm$

$=\frac{11}{4}cm$

and perimeter of the rectangle = 13 cm

$2(l+b)=13$

$\Rightarrow 2l+2b=13$

$\Rightarrow 2l+2\left(\frac{11}{4}\right)=13$

$\Rightarrow 2l+\frac{11}{2}=13$

$\Rightarrow 2l=13-\frac{11}{2}$

$\Rightarrow 2l=\frac{26-11}{2}$

$\Rightarrow l=\frac{15}{4}cm$

$\therefore$ length of the rectangle = $\frac{15}{4}cm$
