$\Rightarrow$ length $+30cm=65cm$

$\Rightarrow$ length $=65cm-30cm=35cm$

Now, Area of rectangle $=$ length $\times$ breadth

$=35cm\times 30cm$

$=1050c{m}^2$

Thus, the length and the area of the rectangle are $35cm$ and $1050c{m}^2$ respectively.
