The correct option is B
Perimeter of rectangle is 40 m
Let the breadth of rectangle be x m
As per question,

$\Rightarrow L = 5 b - 4$
Perimeter of rectangle = 2 (l + b)
$\Rightarrow 40 m = 2 (5 x - 4 + x)$
$\Rightarrow 24 m = 6 x$
$\Rightarrow x = 4 m$
Length of rectangle = $5 \times 4 - 4$
=16 m
So, perimeter = $(16 m \times 4 m)$
= $64 m^{2}$
