Side $=\frac{perimeter}{4}=10cm$

${10}^2-6^2=x^2$

$x^2=64\Rightarrow x=8$

$\therefore$ other diagonal $=2x=16cm$

$\therefore$ Area $=\frac{1}{2}{d}_1{d}_2$

$=\frac{1}{2}\times 16\times 12=16\times 6=96c{m}^2$
