Solution

The correct option is A

Area =3696 cm2, BD = 112 cm

Perimeter of rhombus ABCD = 260cm. Diagonal AC = 66cm.

sides of rhombus =2604=65 cm.

In ΔABC, we have

AB = BC = 65cm and AC = 66cm

s=AB+BC+AC2=65+65+662=98 cm

Area of ΔABC

=s(sa)(sb)(sc)

=98(9865)(9865)(9866)

=98×33×33×32

=49×2×33×33×2×16

=7×2×33×4=1848 cm2

Area of rhombus ABCD

=2×area of ΔABC=2×1848=3696 cm2

Also, area of rhombus =12× Product of its diagonals

=12AC×BD=12×66×BD

BD=3696×266=112 cm
