Length of diagonal of a square of side 'a' is √2a
According to question, √2a=20√2 a=20cm
As shown in figure, side of rhombus =20 cm
Let, AC=32 cm ⇒AO=16 cm
Applying pythagoras theorem in ΔAOB, we get OB2=AB2−AO2=202−162=122 OB=12 cm,orBD=24 cm
Area of rhombus =12(AC)(BD)=12×32×24=384 cm2
