Let, $x$ and $(51-x)$ be the other two sides of the triangle.
Then, $x^2+(51-x{)}^2={39}^2$
$\Rightarrow x^2+2601-102x+x^2=1521$
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{51\pm \sqrt{441}}{2}=\frac{51\pm 21}{2}=36and15$
$\therefore$ The other two sides are 36 cm and 15 cm.
