The correct option is A 616 cm2

The perimeter of the square
= 4 × side
= 4 × 22 cm
= 88 cm

Now, circumference of the circle = perimeter of the square
Circumference of the circle = 88 cm
2 π r=88cm
2×227×r=88cm
r=88×72×22 cm = 14 cm

Area of the circle
=πr2
=227×14×14=616 cm2
